I just watched this and I’m completely blown away by some of the things I learned about the food we eat. I mean I’ve watched several other Documentaries about Food and Health, but this one right here is a true GEM! Please take time to watch this piece ’cause it will give you some TRUE knowledge about the food you eat and what you put (and been putting) in your body.

I digs this.

I gotta say this dude Frank Ocean is killin’ it right now. I’m sure the album will be a game changer for R&B crooners without a question.
